Incident.io, the incident management platform offers four pricing plans:

  • Basic Plan: Incident management and on-call duties are free for up to 5 users.

  • Team Plan: $15 per user per month (If paid annually) or $19 per user per month (if paid monthly) for incident management and on-call duties, plus an additional $10 per user per month.

  • Pro Plan: $25 per user per month for managing incidents and on-call duties, plus an extra $20 per user per month.
